Equis Boutique is proud to stand behind the quality of the products we offer for sale from our carefully selected partner brands. If for any reason, you are not happy with any item purchased from us, please return it to us within 14 days of purchase.

As long as the returned items are in pristine, new and unworn condition, we are happy to offer to offer a full refund or exchange or replace the item(s) for you. Please note that shipping costs, including return shipping costs will not be refunded.

How to return an item

Please return items in their original packaging along with proof of purchase.

Upon request, Equis will provide a Fedex Return label. Please, send the item insured and tracked. If a returned product is lost or damaged during shipping, a refund will not be issued.
