All products purchased on are shipped via FedEx Ground. Packaging/handling/shipping fees are charged at a flat rate of $15.00 per order. Orders totaling over $200 automatically qualify for free shipping at checkout.

Equis Boutique only ships to locations within the United States. International shipping is not offered at this time.

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours for in-stock products. Should a product or products from your order be back-ordered, we will notify you, giving you the option to either wait until the product comes back into stock or to cancel and refund the order. Once processed, packages shipped via FedEx Ground normally arrive within 1–7 business days. Equis Boutique will provide tracking numbers upon request.


Because Equis Boutique operates out of Palm Beach County Florida, customers with Florida billing addresses will be charged an additional 6% Florida state tax on all orders.


Equis Boutique is proud to stand behind the quality of the products we offer for sale from our carefully selected partner brands. If for any reason, you are not happy with any item purchased from us, please return it to us within 14 days of purchase.

As long as the returned items are in pristine, new and unworn condition, we are happy to offer to offer a full refund or exchange or replace the items(s) for you.

Please note that shipping costs, including return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Upon request, Equis will provide a Fedex Return label. Please, send the item insured and tracked. If a returned product is lost or damaged during shipping, a refund will not be issued.
