Return Policy
Equis Boutique is proud to stand behind the quality of the products we offer from our carefully selected partner brands. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Returns (Refunds)
If you are requesting a refund, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. If a return label is provided by Equis Boutique, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you are requesting an exchange, we are happy to cover the shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item.
Please note the following exceptions:
- Helmets and safety vests are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
All returned items must be in pristine, new, and unworn condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
How to Return an Item
Please contact us prior to sending your return. Upon request, Equis can provide a return label. All returns must be shipped insured and tracked. Equis Boutique is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
