Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship via UPS and FedEx. Standard shipping is offered free of charge on all orders. Expedited and express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost, calculated based on your order and destination.

International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to additional review or delay at customs, which is outside of our control.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate prior to placing your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a UPS or FedEx tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Address changes after an order has shipped cannot be guaranteed.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@equisboutique.com within 1 day of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. For lost or significantly delayed shipments, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages refused by the customer (including for unpaid customs duties) or returned as undeliverable will be refunded for the merchandise value only, less original shipping costs and any return shipping fees incurred.
