César Hirsch, a trailblazer in equestrian sports and business, brings a legacy of excellence to the global equestrian community. Born in Venezuela, César exemplifies international leadership and innovation in equestrian pursuits and business ventures.
Having served as the FEI Overall Chief Steward for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, César continues to play a pivotal role in the sport's most prestigious events. Re-elected Chair of the Pan American Equestrian Confederation (PAEC) for the 2023-2027 term, he oversees 31 National Equestrian Federations in the Americas. His nearly three-decade-long equestrian career includes officiating at landmark events like the Olympic Games, World Equestrian Games, and Pan-American Games. César is one of only two individuals worldwide holding dual certifications as an FEI Judge Level 4 and Chief Steward Level 4, highlighting his unparalleled expertise.
Recognized globally, César has earned awards such as the "Glory to Equestrian Sports" honor and the Silver and Bronze Crosses in Equestrian Sports from Venezuela, alongside accolades from FEI Presidents. A dedicated advocate for equine welfare, he serves as a member of the FEI Independent Equine Ethics and Wellbeing Commission and the Caribbean Equine Relief Fund, ensuring horses' welfare in sport and disaster relief efforts.
In business, César's accomplishments span decades of innovation. As the founder of Great Wall Venezuela, he led the exclusive distribution of GWM vehicles, overseeing assembly operations with an annual capacity of 22,000 units. Currently, he is the driving force in LMH Plus Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner in Ohio recognized for operational excellence, including holding the #1 DSP position at the DCN2 Station.
César’s passion for equestrian sports shines through Equis, LLC, where he seamlessly blends luxury and performance by curating high-end equestrian products. An accomplished sports commentator, César made history as the first Venezuelan to broadcast the National Football League (NFL) live from Super Bowl stadiums (XXXVI in New Orleans, Louisiana, and XXXVII in San Diego, California), showcasing his versatile communication skills.
